At Kelly Home Designs the goal is simple; I want to help you transform your space into one that perfectly reflects your family's style, needs and comfort. Whether you need a little bit of guidance or a complete plan, I are here to help solve your decorating needs (and shorten that list).
The first step in the process is getting to know each other
During this 15-minute discovery call, we will discuss your goals and style to completely understand your project and preferences. This will allow me to recommend the design service I think will best fit your needs.
This design service is all about styling your home using what you already own. Consider it a mini-refresh. You won’t believe the difference a few hours can make and when I am done, you will have a gorgeously refreshed home without having bought anything new.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service will take up to 3 hours in your home and may include any of the following:
*A preliminary 25-minute phone call to explain your goals and which rooms you need help with
*Reviewing photos of your current space
*Rearranging of furniture for optimal flow (up to 50lbs)
*De-cluttering and optimizing space in agreed-upon rooms within the home
*Lighting and accessory arrangement
*Color & Window Treatment advice
*Suggestions on accessories & furnishings to achieve your style goals
*Scheduling of additional services if needed
Design accessories may be brought in to give you a “visual aid” of what to purchase for modernizing your home
I will take before & after photos so we can marvel at the transformation when it is complete.
Payment in full is required when booking to secure an appointment.
Up to 3 hours. Additional time is charged at $150 per hour in 30 minute increments
Shopping Services are available at $150 per hour
This design service is all about styling your home using a combination of what you already own plus new decor & accessories to make your home look and feel current. I will shop and select the perfect decor items for you, then style them in your home. You won’t believe the difference a few hours can make and when I am done, you will have a gorgeously refreshed home that is uniquely you.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This service can be completed in one day or split into two days and includes a 1 hour review in the home to determine your decor and accessories needs, followed by a shopping trip to purchase the items at a local decor store, and then a return visit to install and style the items for up to 2 hours. The service may include the following:
*A preliminary 25-minute phone call to explain your goals and which rooms you need help with
*Reviewing photos of your current space
*Rearranging of furniture for optimal flow (up to 50lbs)
*De-cluttering and optimizing space in agreed-upon rooms within the home
*Shopping for new decor and accessories (up to 2 hours)

This service is limited to 2-3 rooms at a time, depending on how much help is needed. Shopping services do not include the cost of new decor & accessories.

This service is designed to give you a kick-start by providing you with expert advice on how to do the design work yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
First, we'll start with the discovery call to understand your decorating needs.
Before the consultation, you will be asked to complete a design questionnaire and provide photos of the areas you would like to address along with some inspiration photos from Pinterest or Houzz.
During the consultation, I will offer expert advice on how to solve your decorating dilemmas, while you take notes.
Have all your questions ready so we can make the most of our time together! If you have samples you would like advice on, make sure you've got those handy too.
The consultation will take up to 90 minutes in your home (plus 1-hour of prep work on my end) and can include the following:
*A review of the design questionnaire and inspiration photos
*Advice on optimal furniture arrangement and flow
*Guidance on how to de-clutter, rearrange and optimize space in each room
*Lighting & Window Treatment ideas
*Color Advice
*Help selecting the right fabric, hardware, flooring, or any other items you may want assistance with (have samples with you)
*Suggestions on accessories & furnishings to achieve your style goals
*Accessory arrangement
*A list of my favorite places to shop
*A budget planning tool
When we are done, you will walk away with expert recommendations that will help you complete the design process yourself and create a space that is uniquely you!
*This service does not include specific item recommendations, design boards or links to products*
Need more help? We can extend the consultation for another hour or two at an hourly rate of $150 or we can continue working together through my popular Designer by Your Side service. It's the perfect way to ensure you are making the right decisions along the way.

Consider this as having a design consultant available to you when you need one. Whether you need to bounce an idea off me, get confirmation that your selection is the right one, or have me tag along to a retail store or showroom, this service is all about flexibility and is available after a Design Consultation has been completed.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
After the consultation, we will book a block of hours to work together to achieve your goals. You can use these hours however you wish! Here are some examples of how I can help you move your project forward:
* Confirmation that your selections will work together
* Bounce an idea off a professional with a trained eye
* Help selecting paint colors or wallpaper
* Window treatments
* Furniture & decor recommendations from your favorite retail stores or trade-exclusive sources
* Help selecting the right hard finishes for your kitchen or bathroom such as the tile, faucets, hardware, countertops, etc.
* Shopping for decor & accessories
* Floor plan recommendations for the best furniture layout
* Moodboard to pull your ideas together
I am here to hold your hand and provide all the expert advice I can to help you make the right decisions without the need to hire a full-service interior design firm!
I will help you make your home a perfect reflection of you, no matter how small the project is.
A design consultation is required before this service can be booked
There is a minimum block of 10 hours beyond the consultation for this service
This is an add-on service for small accessories and decor only. If larger items and furnishings are needed, book the Designer by Your Side block of hours.
Cash or Credit Card is required up front.
You will receive receipts and any unused cash back when shopping is complete.

We hired Jodi to help with a "face lift" for our kitchen. She was wonderful and creative, especially with choosing paint colors for the cabinets to brighten and modernize the kitchen. She suggested a beautiful blue for the lowers and a creamy white for the uppers. She accompanied us to a quartz showroom to select new counters and a stone and tile showroom to choose a new backsplash. She also chose a beautiful color for the walls of our entire first floor and a coordinating color for the powder room. Jodi's prices are reasonable, and she guides you through each step of the process.

Cancellations / Rescheduling / Refund Policy:
Cancellations require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to the appointment to receive a refund, minus a $50 admin. fee.
To reschedule your service, we require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to the appointment otherwise you will be subject to a $150 fee.
No partial or full refunds will be issued for any service with less than 2 business days notice.
