Jodi provided excellent staging advice for the sale of our home in an extremely organized and complete manner. The advice on what not to alter vs what projects to tackle was a game changer. We followed her initial written direction over the course of the 6-month period we prepped, and it helped result in multiple offers 10-20% over asking within three days of the house hitting the market.
I believe that her suggestions on renovations to perform, paint colors to use, plants and decor to purchase, and how to choose a single purpose for each room were the keys to success.

I hired Jodi of Kelly Home Designs to guide me in choosing paint colors for my living and dining rooms. This was money well spent! Everyone knows how daunting it can be choosing color schemes... and you get frozen with indecision. Jodi came in, listed to my needs and worked with me to come up with some really perfect color schemes. She was very friendly and super easy to work with. She has experience with older homes and that was a huge plus for me. Colors were chosen and advice given based on my preferences and not what colors were "in" for the season. I also appreciated her non-judgmental demeanor. I've had other consultants in my home and frankly felt judged as if my project was beneath them. NOT the case with Kelly Home Designs.
